Creating a great place to work for our colleagues across Tesco family needs best practice approaches and processes for the whole colleague life cycle. We have a variety of both business partner and specialist roles across the business where you can help to influence our people strategy and deliver fantastic solutions to our colleague lifecycle.

- Prepare and launch ‘Every Voice Matter’ (EVM), colleagues’ feedback survey to 50,000 colleagues nationwide

- Analyse engagement feedback result, highlight opportunity area, identify specific engagement strategy and set up action plan for Country and People function.

- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to sustainably land the engagement plans into business. Ensure engagement is alive and create culture.

- Develop and execute reward activities within an agreed timeline.

- Develop communication tools to support People Manager during the roll out period.

- Ensure that Compensation & Benefits survey and market analysis are available and applicable for all business challenges.

- Enhance Talent Performance cycle while responding to business needs.

- Turn Personal Development Plan and Performance insights into future capability actions.

- Manage manpower planning in responsible function.

- Ensure achievement of recruitment activities to support business needs.

- Be a single point of contact for people matters.

- Deliver the core people activities.
